Returns Policy

Incorrect Products
Muse Oracle Press accepts returns of products only if the incorrect item was sent. Please notify us of the error within 7 days of receiving the order. A full replacement or refund will be issued, covering any associated shipping costs.

Damaged Products
All items undergo thorough checks for damage before shipping. In the unlikely event that the product(s) are damaged or become damaged in transit, we will replace the product(s) or issue a full refund, minus any shipping costs, upon the return of the damaged product(s).
