Order & Shipping Info

Our pricing is denominated in Australian dollars. While our default currency is set to AUD, you have the freedom to select your preferred currency based on your location. 

Pre-Orders

For customers enjoying the benefits of pre-ordering our products, such as receiving our titles before local bookstores, please note that your tracking number will be provided only once your purchase has shipped from our warehouse. Details regarding shipping dates are included on the pre-order product page. We ask that you read through the product details carefully to avoid any confusion.

Discounts and Gift Vouchers

Please be mindful when making your purchase. We do not offer refunds in the event that buyers forget to use their discount code or voucher.


Shipping Fees

We do our best to provide accurate shipping fees while finding the best deals. When you are selecting shipping options, please note that if there is only one to choose from ("Expedited"), this is because the difference in price for Economic and Expedited was less than $0.45. If you cannot find a suitable shipping option for your location, please reach out to our team at sales@museoraclepress.com so we can find a solution.


The products available for purchase on our website are dispatched from China via standard air mail (for international orders). This is where our products are printed so this saves resources and considerable time for everyone involved. Please note that shipping fees on our website do not cover any applicable local customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and fees that may be imposed in other countries. Refer to your local customs authority for details on relevant import fees for overseas internet purchases.

EU-based customers: Starting from 1 July 2021, the European Union (EU) abolished the Value Added Tax (VAT) Exemption for low-value imported goods (goods with a value up to €22). Consequently, all commercial imports into the EU will be subject to VAT, and additional charges may be applied by local customs authorities. If your shipment incurs these charges from customs, they will be at your expense.

Most web orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days.

To check the status of an order, please drop an email to sales@museoraclepress.com for follow-up. Kindly include a copy of your order confirmation email or provide your full name, delivery address, the date of your order, and the titles you ordered.

Delivery Information
The majority of web orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Upon placing an order, you'll receive an email confirming receipt. Another email, directly from the courier, will follow within 2-3 business days, confirming dispatch and providing a tracking number.

Our internet orders are sent by standard air mail and usually take 9 to 14 business days to reach most countries. However, keep in mind that global postal/shipping and delivery services are currently unpredictable. For urgent orders, consider purchasing from local sources. Many titles are available internationally through platforms like Amazon and Book Depository, which often have more local stock.

Should you place an order, and your delivery address is in a country to which our courier is currently not shipping, we will contact you via email to inform you, and we will refund your order.

Please also note that, given the unpredictable nature of shipping at present, in some cases, delivery may take longer than the estimations provided here. As the situation is beyond our control, we are unable to take responsibility for orders that arrive later than expected. Thank you for your understanding.

Returns Policy


Incorrect Products
Muse Oracle Press accepts returns of products only if the incorrect item was sent. Please notify us of the error within 7 days of receiving the order. A full replacement or refund will be issued, covering any associated shipping costs.

Damaged Products
All items undergo thorough checks for damage before shipping. In the unlikely event that the product(s) are damaged or become damaged in transit, we will replace the product(s) or issue a full refund, minus any shipping costs, upon the return of the damaged product(s).

International Shipping and Import Taxes
